1. About Loreprint and This Agreement

Loreprint is an AI-powered platform for creating tabletop RPG character art and ordering physical prints (posters, canvas prints, framed prints). These terms constitute the agreement between you as a user ("you", "your") and Loreprint AS ("Loreprint", "we", "us").
This agreement consists of these terms, information provided in the ordering process, and our privacy policy. In the event of a conflict between information provided in the ordering process and these terms, the information in the ordering process shall prevail, unless it conflicts with mandatory legislation.
The terms of this agreement shall not be construed as any limitation on the statutory rights you have as a consumer.
2. Applicable Legislation
This agreement governs consumer purchases over the internet and is subject to Norwegian legislation, including:
- The Consumer Purchases Act (forbrukerkjøpsloven)
- The Right of Withdrawal Act (angrerettloven)
- The Act on the Supply of Digital Services to Consumers (digitalytelsesloven)
- The Marketing Control Act (markedsføringsloven)
- The E-Commerce Act (ehandelsloven)
- The Personal Data Act (personopplysningsloven) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

3. Account Terms
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are between 13 and 16 years old, you need consent from a parent or guardian.
- You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for all activity that occurs through your account.
- You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If we suspend or terminate your account, we will notify you by email with a reason.
4. AI Image Generation
4.1 Service Description
Images are generated using third-party AI models (FLUX.2 by Black Forest Labs GmbH). The character descriptions you write are sent to this provider to generate images.
4.2 Disclaimers
- AI-generated images may not perfectly match your description. AI results are inherently variable and unpredictable.
- We do not guarantee that generated images are free from similarities to existing works, persons, or trademarks. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use the content in the descriptions and reference images you provide.
- We reserve the right to refuse generation of content that violates the acceptable use guidelines (see section 14).
4.3 Availability
We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the AI generation functionality. Scheduled maintenance and third-party outages may occur.
5. Credits
5.1 Purchase and Use
- Image generation requires credits that can be purchased through the platform.
- The credit cost per generation is clearly displayed before you confirm the generation.
- New accounts receive a one-time welcome bonus of credits. The bonus amount may change for new registrations.
5.2 Credit Properties
- Credits never expire.
- In the event of a generation failure caused by a system error, credits are automatically refunded to your account.
5.3 Credits as a Digital Service
Credits are considered a digital service under the Digital Services Act (digitalytelsesloven). You have the right to file a complaint about defects in the credit service (see section 8).
5.4 Right of Withdrawal for Credit Purchases
Credit purchases are digital content delivered immediately. Before the purchase is completed, you confirm that:
- You consent to the digital service being delivered immediately.
- You acknowledge that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal, cf. the Right of Withdrawal Act § 22, first paragraph, letter m.
6. Physical Products — Ordering and Delivery
6.1 Prices
- All prices are displayed in Norwegian Kroner (NOK).
- The price displayed at checkout is the total price you will pay, including applicable taxes and shipping costs.
- Prices may change at any time, but the price confirmed at the time of order is binding for that order.
6.2 Ordering Process
- Physical products are manufactured and shipped by Gelato AS, our print fulfillment partner.
- Your order is binding once payment has been completed and you have received an order confirmation by email.
- If a payment fails, no order will be placed and no charges will be made.
- The agreement is nevertheless not binding if there has been a typographical or input error in Loreprint's offer in the ordering process or in your order, and the other party realized or should have realized that such an error existed.
6.3 Payment
- Payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store payment card details.
- Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.
6.4 Delivery
- Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and vary by destination, shipping method, and production time.
- Delivery estimates are indicative and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to production, shipping, or customs.
- You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.
6.5 Quality
- We strive for high-quality prints. If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us as soon as possible (see section 8 on complaints).
- Printed colors may differ slightly from what you see on screen. Color differences caused by the difference between digital display and physical print are not considered a defect.
7. Right of Withdrawal for Physical Products
7.1 General Rule
As a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act (angrerettloven).
7.2 Exception for Personalized Products
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are clearly customized to the consumer's specifications, cf. the Right of Withdrawal Act § 22, first paragraph, letter d. Since all physical products are printed with your personal AI-generated art, they are considered personalized goods. The right of withdrawal therefore normally does not apply to physical products ordered through Loreprint.
This exception does not affect your rights in the event of defects or damage (see section 8).
7.3 How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal
If the right of withdrawal applies, you may contact us at [email protected] within the withdrawal period. You may also use the standardized withdrawal form available at regjeringen.no.
7.4 Pre-contractual Information About the Right of Withdrawal
Before you complete an order, you will receive information about the right of withdrawal in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act § 8. This information is provided in the ordering process and in the order confirmation.
8. Complaints and Defects
8.1 Physical Products
You have the right to file a complaint about defects in physical products in accordance with the Consumer Purchases Act (forbrukerkjøpsloven). The complaint deadline is:
- 2 years from receipt of the product for most products.
- 5 years from receipt of the product for products intended to last significantly longer than 2 years under normal use (e.g., framed prints and canvas prints).
You must file a complaint within a reasonable time after you discovered or should have discovered the defect.
8.2 Digital Services (Credits and Generation Functionality)
Credits and the AI generation functionality are digital services subject to the Digital Services Act (digitalytelsesloven). You have the right to file a complaint if the service has defects — for example, if credits are deducted without a generation being completed and automatic refund does not occur.
8.3 Your Rights in the Event of Defects
In the event of a defect, you may claim:
- Repair — we remedy the defect (e.g., new production and delivery).
- Price reduction — if repair is not possible or disproportionate.
- Cancellation — if the defect is material.
- Compensation — for direct losses resulting from the defect.
8.4 How to File a Complaint
Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and a description of the defect. We recommend including photos of the defect where relevant.
9. Delay and Non-Delivery
If Loreprint does not deliver the product or delivers it late in accordance with the agreement, and this is not caused by you or circumstances on your side, you may, pursuant to Chapter 5 of the Consumer Purchases Act, as the circumstances warrant:
- Withhold payment until delivery occurs.
- Demand fulfillment — you may uphold the purchase and demand delivery. However, you cannot demand fulfillment if there is an obstacle that Loreprint cannot overcome, or if fulfillment would cause unreasonable inconvenience or cost in relation to your interest.
- Cancel the agreement — if the delay is material, or if Loreprint does not deliver within a reasonable additional deadline you have set.
- Claim compensation — for direct losses resulting from the delay.
Claims should be made in writing for evidentiary purposes (for example, by email to [email protected]).
10. Seller's Rights in the Event of Buyer's Default
If you do not pay or fulfill your other obligations under the agreement or applicable law, and this is not caused by Loreprint or circumstances on our side, Loreprint may, pursuant to Chapter 9 of the Consumer Purchases Act, as the circumstances warrant:
- Demand fulfillment — uphold the agreement and demand payment.
- Cancel the agreement — in the event of material payment default or other material breach. Loreprint may nevertheless not cancel if the full purchase price has been paid.
- Claim compensation — for financial losses resulting from the breach.
- Claim interest and collection fees — in the event of late payment, Loreprint may claim interest pursuant to the Late Payment Interest Act, and in the event of non-payment, the claim may be sent to a collection agency.
11. Warranty
Loreprint does not offer any warranty beyond what is required by mandatory legislation. Your statutory rights in the event of defects (see the complaints section) apply regardless of whether a warranty has been given.
12. Personal Data
Loreprint processes personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). See our privacy policy for full information about which data we collect, purposes, legal basis, retention periods, and your rights.
13. Dispute Resolution
13.1 Governing Law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law.
13.2 Courts
Disputes between you and Loreprint shall be resolved by the ordinary Norwegian courts. As a consumer, you may always bring a case before the court at your place of residence, in accordance with the Dispute Act § 4-5, third paragraph.
13.3 Forbrukerklageutvalget
For consumer disputes, you may also file a complaint with the Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet), which may bring the case before Forbrukerklageutvalget (the Norwegian consumer dispute body). See forbrukertilsynet.no for more information.
13.4 Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution

14. Acceptable Use
You may not use Loreprint to:
- Generate, store, or distribute illegal content.
- Generate content depicting real, identifiable persons without their consent.
- Generate content depicting minors in inappropriate contexts.
- Generate content that is sexually explicit, extremely violent, or that promotes hate or discrimination.
- Circumvent safety filters, rate limits, or other technical restrictions.
- Use automated tools (bots, scraping, etc.) to access the service without our written permission.
- Resell or commercially redistribute generated images without our permission.
- Interfere with or disrupt the service, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines. In cases of serious violations, suspension may occur without prior notice. For less serious violations, we will normally issue a warning first.
15. Intellectual Property
15.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of the text descriptions and reference images you provide.
15.2 AI-Generated Images
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use AI-generated images created through the service for personal purposes.
The intellectual property status of AI-generated images is an evolving area of law. We make no guarantees about copyright protection for AI-generated images in any jurisdiction.
15.3 Loreprint License
By using the service, you grant Loreprint a limited license to store, display, and process your images and descriptions as necessary to deliver the service, including print production. We do not use your content to train AI models.
15.4 Loreprint Brand
The Loreprint brand, website design, and software are owned by Loreprint AS. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software or brand identity.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by mandatory Norwegian consumer legislation:
- Loreprint is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by mandatory legislation.
- We are not liable for indirect losses, consequential damages, or lost profits arising from your use of the service.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months, unless otherwise required by mandatory legislation.
- We are not liable for the actions or omissions of third-party providers beyond what is required by the Consumer Purchases Act.
These limitations do not affect your mandatory consumer rights under the Consumer Purchases Act, the Digital Services Act, the Right of Withdrawal Act, or other mandatory legislation. Your statutory rights to file complaints, seek repair, price reduction, cancellation, and compensation apply in full.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. When making changes, we will:
- Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
- Notify registered users by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect.
- Give you the opportunity to terminate the agreement at no cost if you do not wish to accept the updated terms.
Continued use of the service after the changes have taken effect is considered acceptance of the updated terms.
